Order placed on 06/08/2026. The website specified a delivery timeframe of 3-5 business days. Today is the 11th business day and I still haven't received my order. When I contacted their support, even they couldn't figure out why it hasn't arrived or where it is. The only thing they've done is offer to credit the shipping costs.

The hat is great, the chin strap and

”buckle” is a shame to a brand like Stetson. Otherwise a 5 for value of money.

Actually, it's better than I thought it would be. Excellent quality and comfort. The packaging was very good as well.

(If your size number is between two, pick the larger one. I was 57cm and I choose the 56-57cm. I could have gone with 58-59cm)
