Hi, I will give 5 stars, HOWEVER :) this is the second one I bought of this hat, and although the first one was the exact size and perfect, the second one although should have been the same size was bigger and a much looser fit, which is odd, HOWEVER I still love it and will remain a number two option, any idea why this would be?
